Install your eSIM with stable Wi-Fi, read the plan instructions first, and only switch mobile data when you are ready.
Your phone needs to support eSIM and should be unlocked from your mobile provider.
Use the QR code or manual activation details supplied after checkout.
Follow your phone prompts while connected to Wi-Fi. Do not remove your main SIM unless the instructions say to.
Name it after the destination so it is easy to find in mobile settings.
Switch mobile data to the eSIM when your trip starts or when your instructions say the plan should begin.
Save your order email in case you need support while travelling.
Many eSIMs cannot be reinstalled after removal. If activation, APN, roaming or coverage does not look right, contact support before deleting the eSIM or making repeated install attempts.
