Should I install before I leave?
No. Buy before travel and save the email, then wait until you have landed. Join working Wi-Fi before using Quick Install, scanning a QR code or entering manual setup details.
What if airport Wi-Fi is not working?
Try its sign-in page and open a normal webpage. If it remains unreliable, use hotel Wi-Fi or another steady trusted connection, then continue from your email.
Will I keep my Australian number?
Your travel eSIM normally supplies data. Your Australian service handles its own calls and SMS. Check your carrier’s charges and keep Australian-SIM roaming off unless you understand and accept the cost.
What if I get stuck?
Keep the eSIM installed and open the guide for the step you are on. Contact the Travel Desk before deleting the eSIM or buying again to solve an unclear problem.
