The short answers
Sales, codes & the small print.
Is there a CHEEKY sale right now?
Selected plans are in the CHEEKY sale. The destinations above show the eligible data sizes, AUD prices and savings. Offers apply to the plans shown, not every plan for a destination.
How do I use the CHEEKY discount code?
During a CHEEKY sale, the savings are already included in eligible product prices. You can enter CHEEKY at checkout to recognise the offer, but it does not take a second discount off. Always check your selected plan and final total.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
The offer may have ended or your plan may be excluded. Check the current eligible plans here. CHEEKY is not a permanent storewide discount. If the total is not what you expect, contact the Travel Desk before paying.
Can I combine CHEEKY with other offers or rewards?
Extra rewards may be reduced on sale plans. Other codes and referral offers remain subject to their own eligibility rules. Review the total before paying.
When is The SIM Shop’s next sale?
There is no next-sale date announced here. Check this page for current offers. Old campaign dates and expired codes do not confirm the next sale.
Can I buy a sale eSIM for a later trip?
Check the activation deadline and when validity starts before buying. Plans may start on installation or on first connection to a supported network. Make sure the selected plan’s rules fit your travel dates.
