SIM Shop Credit terms

Eligible orders earn 5% SIM Shop Credit on eligible spend. The standard cap is A$10 per order.
The cap is A$15 when the order includes at least three eSIMs or an eligible subtotal of at least A$120. Checkout promotions do not increase the Credit earned. Some discounted or promotional orders do not earn Credit; check the offer terms and the amount shown for your order.
Credit is created after eSIM fulfilment and starts as pending. It is normally reviewed after 7 days.
Pending Credit cannot be spent. Once released, available Credit can be used on eligible future orders.
Sign in with the account that earned it. Eligible Credit is included automatically at checkout. Choose Save Credit for later if you would rather keep it for another order.
The amount used cannot exceed your available balance or 20% of the cart subtotal. Other eligibility limits can reduce the amount further. Your checkout shows the amount applied before payment.
Any available Credit not used stays in your account, subject to its original expiry.
Eligible Credit can be used alongside Travel Pack savings. The final amount still depends on your order.
Credit cannot be combined at the same checkout with selected coupon codes, a friend referral discount, a Passport Club reward or an active member price. Checkout shows which benefit is available before payment.
Earned Credit expires 12 months after it is created. The review period does not restart the expiry clock.
Check the Credit details in your account before planning to use it.
Share the referral link from your account with a new customer. They can receive up to A$5 off their first eligible order of A$25 or more. The amount may be lower depending on their order; checkout shows the discount before payment.
You receive A$5 SIM Shop Credit for a qualifying referral. It starts pending after the eSIM is ready and is normally checked 7 days later. Additional eligibility checks may take longer.
The friend needs to open your referral link before checkout. Referral attribution is kept in that browser for up to 30 days. Confirm the referral discount appears before paying.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, existing customers and ineligible or refunded orders do not qualify. Referral discounts cannot be combined with coupon codes. Referral Credit is for a future eligible order and expires 12 months after creation.
Refunded, cancelled, failed, duplicate, self-referral or otherwise ineligible orders do not earn available Credit. Related Credit may be reversed.

Credit belongs to the customer account that earned it. It cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. It is not cashback or a bank balance.
This does not affect your rights to a monetary refund or another remedy under Australian Consumer Law. A lawful refund is not replaced with store credit unless you choose that option.
Your available balance is the total you have saved. Each order has its own usable amount, based on the cart, the 20% subtotal ceiling and other eligibility checks. Anything left stays saved until its expiry.
