How SIM Shop Credit works.
SIM Shop Credit is store credit in Australian dollars for a future eligible The SIM Shop order. It is not cash, cashback or a bank balance.

Eligible orders can earn 5% SIM Shop Credit after the eSIM is ready. Credit is reviewed before release, expires 12 months after it is created and can only be used where the checkout shows an eligible amount.
Earn
5% on eligible order spend, subject to the published caps.
Wait
Credit starts pending and is normally reviewed after 7 days.

Sign in and apply the eligible amount shown at checkout.
Expiry
Earned credit expires 12 months after it is created.
Earning caps
Eligible orders earn 5% SIM Shop Credit. The current cap is A$10 for an ordinary order and A$15 where the order has at least three eSIMs or an eligible subtotal of at least A$120. Checkout promotions do not increase the credit earned.
Pending and available
Credit is created after eSIM fulfilment and starts as pending. We normally review it after 7 days. Refunded, cancelled, failed, duplicate, self-referral or otherwise ineligible orders do not earn available credit, and related credit may be reversed.
Using credit
Credit belongs to the customer account that earned it. Sign in with that account at checkout. The amount available for a particular order can be limited to protect the underlying product cost and will be shown before payment.
What does not stack
SIM Shop Credit cannot be combined at the same checkout with selected coupon codes, a friend referral discount, a Passport Club reward or an active member price. The checkout will show which benefit is available before payment.
No cash value
SIM Shop Credit cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for cash. This does not affect a customer’s right to a monetary refund or another remedy under Australian Consumer Law. A lawful refund is not replaced with store credit unless the customer chooses that option.
