The SIM Shop
Black Friday 2026 terms
The plain-English rules for our four-day Black Friday offer.
When the offer runs
The offer starts at 12:00am AEST on 27 November 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2026.
What is marked
Plans marked Black Friday receive one of six offers: 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% or 30% off, or a free data upgrade. Every marked plan shows its exact offer before you buy. Plans without a Black Friday mark keep their listed price and plan.
The 82 currently listed unlimited variations across Australia, Indonesia, Japan and Thailand are in our planned 2026 sale list. They receive a percentage discount, not a data upgrade. Until the campaign begins, their ordinary prices apply. The exact offer and price for a selected plan will be confirmed before the sale opens and shown before checkout.
A discounted plan is charged at its displayed Black Friday price. An upgrade plan is charged at the listed price of the source plan and receives the specific larger plan shown with the offer.
Each marked plan receives one Black Friday offer: 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% or 30% off, or a free data upgrade. Black Friday offers cannot be combined with coupons, SIM Shop Credit redemption, Mates Rates or Passport Club rewards, but eligible signed-in customers still earn SIM Shop Credit on the amount paid.
Prices and delivery
Prices are in Australian dollars. The checkout total is the amount charged by The SIM Shop. We show one payable price for discounted plans, without a crossed-out comparison price or a claimed dollar saving.
Your eSIM is delivered to your email, usually within minutes after payment and supplier fulfilment complete. Delivery timing is not guaranteed to be immediate.
Use-by dates still apply
Plan use-by dates still apply. Check the date shown with your plan before buying for a future trip. The campaign does not extend a plan’s use-by date.
Many plans have a 180-day start window, while others, including the new unlimited range, have a 60-day window. The use-by shown with the exact selected plan controls. A campaign refund request period does not extend that use-by.
Change of mind and Australian Consumer Law
Paid eSIM orders placed during the campaign have the Black Friday 2026 change-of-mind promise described in our refund policy. The profile must show no installation, no activation and no data use, and the request must reach us within 365 days of purchase.
We refund the amount actually paid to the original payment method unless the customer chooses another lawful remedy. For an upgraded order, that means the source plan price paid, not the retail value of the larger plan supplied. Guest orders are included.
Australian Consumer Law rights remain separate. They are not limited to campaign orders, twelve months or unused profiles.
