The sale hasn’t started yet

Our Black Friday campaign is planned for 12:00am AEST on 20 November to 11:59pm AEST on 30 November 2026, including Cyber Monday. The upcoming prices aren’t available through Black Friday before it opens. Current selected-plan prices and any separate offers apply in the meantime.

The announced offers

We’re announcing lower prices on selected plans, with up to 59% off among the announced offers. Each offer shows its Black Friday price, previous listed price and percentage discount together. Percentages, including the headline, are rounded to the nearest whole number. The actual price is shown to the cent.

Previous prices are the listed prices checked on 27 October 2026. Separate current promotions can have different prices and terms. We’ll recheck the available plans, offers and comparison prices before the campaign opens.

The discount varies by plan. The announced list isn’t a promise that every plan has 59% off or that every catalogue plan is discounted. See the announced price comparisons on our Black Friday page.

How the prices will work

The planned Black Friday prices will apply automatically once the campaign opens. You won’t need a Black Friday code or an account. Prices are in Australian dollars and the final amount is shown before payment.

Black Friday offers won’t combine with other coupons, SIM Shop Credit redemption, Mates Rates or Passport Club rewards. Eligible signed-in customers will still earn 5% SIM Shop Credit on the amount paid under the usual earning conditions. Passport spend progress uses the amount actually paid; order and destination progress follow the usual conditions. Guests will receive the same sale prices without account Credit or Passport progress. Existing Credit and rewards remain available for another eligible purchase under their terms.

Your eSIM is emailed after payment and supplier fulfilment. Delivery is usually within minutes, but immediate delivery isn’t guaranteed.

Check the plan’s dates and conditions

Plan use-by dates still apply. Check the date shown with your plan before buying for a future trip. Some plans have a 60-day start window and others have longer, including many with 180 days. The selected plan’s deadline controls. A refund request window doesn’t extend it.

Data, validity, supported networks, speed, fair-use and hotspot conditions belong to the exact selected plan. An unlimited offer doesn’t mean every type of use is unlimited at full speed. Check your phone is eSIM-compatible and unlocked before buying.

If your trip changes

Paid eSIM orders placed during the upcoming campaign will have a 365-day change-of-mind request window if the profile remains uninstalled, unactivated and unused. Guest orders are included. We refund what you actually paid to the original payment method unless you choose another lawful remedy. Credit earned on the refunded order is reversed and Passport progress is recalculated.
