This is an older Europe range
The Europe 35 Areas daily product is withdrawn from new sale. If you already bought it, follow your order email for its coverage, daily reset, slowdown and expiry. The current Europe range has 32 countries and different terms; it doesn’t rewrite an existing purchase.
For a new trip, compare the current offer
Our current Europe regional eSIM includes the UK, France, Switzerland, Italy and Turkey. It doesn’t include Serbia. The current Europe buying guide lists all 32 countries and route examples.
For seven days with a planned 6GB total, the current 10GB/30-day fixed offer at A$31.95 fits with 4GB spare. The current 1GB/day, seven-day offer is A$48.75. It can fit a plan staying within 1GB each day, but a 2GB upload on one day exceeds that day’s high-speed bucket even if the trip’s total stays below 7GB.
The new daily range uses UTC+8
Its daily allowance resets at midnight UTC+8, which is 16:00 UTC. That is 5pm at UTC+1 or 6pm at UTC+2, depending on the country and daylight saving. It isn’t automatically midnight at the hotel. After the daily high-speed allowance, the current range lists 384kbps until reset.
The reset time and slower speed above describe the current Europe plan. If you already own Europe 35 Areas, use the details in that older order instead.
If you need help with a plan already bought
Keep the eSIM installed and send the Travel Desk your order number, destination, displayed plan name and the issue you’re trying to solve. Hide QR and activation details in screenshots. We’ll identify the issued offer before suggesting a top-up or another purchase.
For a new SIM Shop order, save the setup email before flying and install after landing on steady Wi-Fi. A familiar Europe label isn’t a reason to use an old setup email for a new profile.
