The short answer

When a travel plan expires, its included service ends according to that plan's validity rule. The travel eSIM may still appear in phone settings, but do not delete or reinstall it. Open the private link in your order email to see whether Add more data or Top-up is available for that eSIM.

The smallest useful way to narrow this down

An expired data plan and a broken phone connection can look similar on a screen, but they need different answers. The plan may have reached its validity end, its data allowance may be used, or the local network may simply need time to reconnect. Check the order timing and visible line status before spending money or removing anything.

Pause here before trying a second fix

If the step above does not work as expected, stop here. Keep a cropped screenshot of the setting or error, then contact us before changing other settings. Do not include QR or activation details unless we ask.

Do not turn a small fault into a larger one

  • If an eSIM is already installed, do not delete it as a first response. Keep it in place, take a screenshot and make one reversible check at a time.
  • Do not assume an expired plan can be topped up or reactivated.
  • Do not equate a visible travel eSIM with active data service.

When you need help with the next step

If the result is still unclear, contact us with the order number, phone model and a short list of the steps already tried. If support asks for a screenshot, crop it to the relevant setting or error and hide QR and activation details.
