Landing Rescue Pass
A complimentary emergency data pass when something has gone wrong with your data overseas.
It covers up to 1GB valid for 1 to 7 days, or a one day pass of up to 1GB, depending on what is available for the destination. In My Account, choose an eligible destination, review the exact complimentary plan and confirm that one pass will be used. That starts automatic fulfilment of a new eSIM with no manual approval step. The exact plan, reward eligibility and automatic fulfilment controls are checked again before the supplier request. Internet access is needed to redeem the pass and receive the setup details. Automatic fulfilment can still be delayed or unavailable.

Choose an eligible previous eSIM in My Account. Passport Club shows the exact next fixed-data plan and discount before you continue. Daily and day pass plans are not included.

An order counts when it is tied to the customer account, includes at least one travel eSIM, and has at least $25.00 of eligible eSIM value after discounts, credits and refunds. Shipping, tax and unrelated fees do not count. Progress is added once the eSIM is ready to use, rather than when payment is made.
Passport Club is free for customers with an account. Rewards stay with the account that earned them and are not transferable. Exact-email guest orders can be linked when that customer creates an account or signs in.
Fully refunded, cancelled and failed orders do not count. A partial refund reduces the eligible value of that order and can change whether it clears the qualifying minimum or a rank threshold. Disputed, charged-back or ineligible value can also reverse related progress or rewards.
Stamps and the rolling year
Each qualifying order adds a stamp for its destination. Destination stamps are unique, so repeat travel to the same destination remains in Travel Passport and still builds qualifying order count and eligible spend, but contributes one unique destination stamp to rank progress.
Rank activity uses a rolling 365 days counted back from today. If activity ages out and the customer no longer meets the current threshold, a 30-day protection period applies before demotion. Destination history remains in Travel Passport.
What you get, and when
Rank rewards are issued once, the first time each rank is reached. If one order crosses several rank or destination milestones, every reward not already earned is issued. Data Diplomat adds two Signal Boosts. Three unique destinations adds an extra Landing Rescue Pass, and 3, 6, 9 and 12 unique destinations each add an extra Signal Boost.

How it fits with everything else
Passport Club rank is not store credit and cannot be cashed out, although Signal Boost and Choose-Your-Drop can reduce an eligible checkout. Referral rewards arrive as SIM Shop Credit. Travel Passport keeps the destination history separately from rank.

How does Passport Club rank progress work?
Passport Club uses a rolling 365-day window. The highest rank threshold reached through qualifying orders, unique destination stamps, regional or multi-country eSIM stamps, group order size or rolling eligible spend applies. A 30-day protection period applies before demotion.
