Adding data, adding days and buying again are not the same thing
Adding data, extending validity and buying a second eSIM are different things. The answer depends on the eSIM supplied with your order, not only the destination name on an older page. Check before paying so you do not buy the wrong remedy.
Our Black Friday 2026 page sets out the dates and what each marked plan receives.
One distinction worth keeping clear
A top-up is not the same thing as buying a second eSIM. If the private link in your order email shows Add more data or Top-up, it applies to the eSIM from your order, not simply to a destination name. Some plans can add data, some can extend validity and some cannot be topped up. A daily high-speed plan may extend validity without refilling a day that has already used its allowance. If that control is missing, contact us before buying a separate plan.
Keep the eSIM in place
- If an eSIM is already installed, do not delete it as a first response. Keep it in place, take a screenshot and make one reversible check at a time.
- Do not assume all plans can top up, that an expired plan can top up, or that a top-up resets a daily throttle.
- Buying another plan is not automatically a top-up for this eSIM.
What support needs to check the right add-on
Open the private link in your order email first. If it does not show Add more data or Top-up, contact us with the order number, destination and what you want to add: data or days. If support asks for a screenshot, crop it to the eSIM or allowance screen and hide QR and activation details.
