Thailand unlimited eSIM: what the 100GB offer gives you

Use 20GB during one part of the trip and you'll have 80GB of the original high-speed allowance left. That usage doesn't create a new daily allowance or reset. A seven-day and a 30-day version each have the same 100GB threshold under the checked terms.

Before you use the 100GB, the speed is up to 10Mbps; the connection you actually get can be slower. After 100GB it drops to 384kbps, so allow for much slower uploads and avoid planning essential video or work around that reduced speed. If a particular work app must run, confirm what it needs before relying on this plan.

Suppose your seven-day budget is 6GB. The 10GB fixed offer fits at A$8 less than the seven-day threshold plan. Suppose you expect 60GB across 30 days: the selected 50GB fixed plan doesn't meet that amount, while the 100GB offer does before its reduction, provided the 10Mbps ceiling suits the work. These are assumptions to replace with your own usage.

The 30-day threshold plan is A$4 cheaper than the selected 50GB fixed offer. That price advantage is real for these checked options; it doesn't make their specifications identical.

We have not confirmed whether this offer supports sharing with a laptop, what phone/network limits might apply, or how shared use counts towards the 100GB. The fact that we add no separate sharing limit does not answer those questions.

If you need a laptop connection, send us your phone model and the Thailand offer and ask whether tethering is supported and how it is metered. Until that is confirmed, don't buy this offer as your sole work connection. That's a gap in the supplier information we have, not a reason for you to guess from the 100GB label.

You have 60 days after purchase to start the plans listed above. Their days begin when the eSIM first connects to a supported mobile network. Choose enough days for arrival through departure, then compare the actual prices; extra days do not necessarily cost the same amount each.

This offer is data-only and doesn't provide an ordinary Thai phone number, calls or SMS. If you need a number for a specific service, compare an option that explicitly includes it. Keeping your Australian line available for texts is a separate carrier-roaming decision, with its own charges and conditions.

Buy before flying and save your SIM Shop email. After landing, complete airport Wi-Fi sign-in and check that a webpage loads. Install from the email, follow its exact settings and test mobile data before leaving the setup location. If airport Wi-Fi fails, use hotel Wi-Fi or another steady trusted connection.

A transfer booking saved offline gives you a useful backup while you connect. It doesn't need to wait for any plan to activate.
